Your privacy.

Information you send us

The project brief form prepares an email locally in your browser. It does not submit data to a server or store your entries. You review and send the draft using your own email application. Contact links also open your email application. If you email us, we use the information you provide to answer your enquiry, discuss a proposal and, where agreed, deliver the service. Please do not send sensitive information in an initial enquiry.

Purposes and retention

We process relevant enquiry details to take steps towards a contract at your request, perform an agreed contract, or pursue legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries. We keep information only as long as needed for the enquiry, any resulting relationship and applicable record-keeping requirements. We review inactive enquiries within 90 days unless there is a documented reason to retain them.

Hosting and service providers

The website uses OpenAI Sites hosting infrastructure. Typography is requested from Google Fonts; your browser sends technical request information to that provider when loading fonts. Our hosting and email providers may process technical and correspondence data to deliver their services. No advertising trackers or analytics scripts have been added to this website. We do not sell enquiry data.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Rights depend on circumstances and applicable law.
